At American Made Blue Collar Beef Jerky and Snacks, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our food items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
1. No Returns & No Refunds
- All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
- We do not offer exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or offer a store credit at our discretion.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have left our facility. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier.
